At PYRA ELEMENTS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items are not the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all PYRA ELEMENTS garment tags and protective bags are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from our portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
